Bobby Z is a sculptor living and working in Austin. He had a short stint in New York while he established some business contacts, and is currently setting up a co-op with studio space for artists who are interested. I believe it was about 40 cents a square foot, which he said was a good rate. If anyone you know is interested, give me a shout and I'll pass it on it to him.
